14-Day Money-Back Guarantee
We want you to be completely satisfied with MAX2C4D. If the Software does not meet your expectations for any reason, you may request a full refund within 14 days of your purchase date. No questions asked.
This guarantee is limited to one refund per customer. If you have already received a refund for a previous MAX2C4D purchase, any subsequent purchase is final and not eligible for the money-back guarantee.
How to Request a Refund
- Send an email to contact@max2c4d.com with the subject line “Refund Request”.
- Include your order email address or Polar.sh order number.
- We will confirm your refund within 1-2 business days.
Processing Time
Refunds are processed through Polar.sh. Once approved, the refund will appear on your original payment method within 5-10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.
After a Refund
- Your license key will be deactivated.
- The Software will no longer function after deactivation.
- You are free to repurchase at any time if you change your mind. Please note that a repurchase after a refund is final and is not covered by the 14-day money-back guarantee.
Exceptions
Refund requests made after the 14-day window will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis. We aim to be fair and reasonable in all situations.
